The Boy is One!

We were so glad to celebrate Caleb's birthday on June 13th...the same day that we left on vacation for 3 weeks!

The week we were getting ready to leave, Caleb decided that he needed to crawl!

We left that afternoon and spent the night in St. John. On Sunday morning, we headed out early and stayed in Ottawa that night with friends. On Monday we headed to Akron, Ohio and stopped in Niagara Falls on the way.

Firsts

Here is a glimpse of Caleb getting his first taste of cereal back in December.
He wasn't a big fan at first, but is an old "solids" pro now! He is eating three meals a day and has tried and loves just about anything we give him including beef, chicken, fish, peas, carrots, sweet potato, spinach, pears, peaches, mango, apple, banana, avocado, plums, etc.
(more I'm forgetting I'm sure :0)

I have been using a great book to make most of his baby food so far.
