We are having a snow day here, so it's the perfect time for me to get caught up on blogging! Sorry it took me so long to get this on here, like I said in the last post, we have been busy since we got home a couple of weeks ago!
This is Matt's "busy" time at work -even though it's seems to have been his "busy" time since he started :0) He is spending long hours at the office and I started a full time position last week. I will be at one school in the morning and then in a different school for the afternoons until the end of Feb. I will continue to do mornings until the end of March. I am working with small groups of kids that need a little extra help. It's been tiring getting used to the hours, but I'm enjoying it and am glad to keep myself occupied over the next few weeks!
Baby Esson is doing well! We have our first ultrasound tomorrow, so we would appreciate your prayers that everything will be healthy and well developed for this point in the pregnancy. A couple of weeks ago when I was at the doctor's office, we were listening to the heartbeat and we could hear the baby kick a couple of times -amazing! I can't feel this little one squirm just yet, but the doctor says it won't be long!
Here are your long awaited pictures of our trip to Iowa for Christmas!
This was our only bad weather on our first day of driving, we were only in this for a few hours and then it was clear the rest of the way there and back!
We stopped in Ohio for a great visit with Angie and Jason
